What You'll Be Doing 
 

Lead with Vision 

• Define and drive the company's strategic direction and growth roadmap. 

• Inspire and align the team around ambitious goals and a shared mission. 

• Stay agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing market. 
   

Be Hands-On from Day One 

• Work 50% with clients initially to deliver high-value AI consulting solutions. 

• Build trust with key clients while developing operational structures in parallel. 

• Oversee and improve service delivery, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction. 
   

Build and Scale a Winning Team 

• Hire, develop, and mentor top-tier consultants to grow a powerhouse AI team. 

• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and innovation. 

• Design and implement scalable processes for recruitment, operations, and delivery. 
   

Drive Business Growth 

• Spearhead business development efforts to secure new clients and partnerships. 

• Craft compelling proposals and pitches that showcase Northgrounds' unique value. 

• Lead negotiations and build lasting customer relationships.

What You Bring to the Table 

• Proven experience in leadership roles within consulting, AI, or tech startups.
