The Role

As a Sales Manager at Northgrounds, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and how AI solutions can address their challenges.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of AI to present compelling solutions to clients.

  • Work closely with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and impact of our AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns that highlight our AI expertise and success stories.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Northgrounds.

  • Stay informed about the latest AI trends and advancements to effectively position our solutions in the market.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a proven track record of selling AI solutions or technology consulting services.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of how AI can be applied in various industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing to solve real-world business problems.

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. Experience with consultative selling techniques.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, create compelling presentations, and write clear and concise proposals.

  • Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with consulting and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.

  • Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and continuously improving your skill set.
